Staff Announcement - June 6, 2019
We are pleased to announce three new members of the Golden Apple staff. Caroline DiLeonardi will be joining as Development and Operations Coordinator, Vinnie Patel is joining as a Finance Assistant and Kelton Chastulik is joining as an intern for the Summer.
Caroline DiLeonardi
Caroline will support the overall success of development efforts and daily administration of the Foundation. We know she is already a fabulous addition to the team as she was a great asset last summer as a Golden Apple Summer Intern.
Caroline is a recent magna cum laude graduate of High Point University in North Carolina. She holds a Bachelors in Nonprofit Leadership and Management. Caroline was an active member of her campus community during her time at High Point. She served as an Admissions Representative, as well as VP of Event Planning for her sorority. While she enjoyed her time as an undergraduate, she is excited to begin her career back home in Chicago.
Vinnie Patel
Vinnie Patel is also a familiar face to Golden Apple. Vinnie has been working on a temporary basis with Golden Apple for the last year. We are pleased that she has joined Golden Apple as part-time Finance Assistant this May. Vinnie has over 10 years of experience in the financial field and brings fresh insight to our internal processes.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Michigan. In addition to her work with Golden Apple, Vinnie owns and runs her own small business called Baby Mantra, a line of natural products for babies.
Kelton Chastulik
Kelton will support the Scholars Program and Scholar Institutes this Summer. He is a student at Princeton University working toward his degree in Public and International Affairs. Kelton has served as a Community Action Fellow at the John H. Pace Jr. ‘39 Center for Civic Engagement and as Director of the Chambersburg Holiday Book Drive. Kelton is also a member of the Princeton Men’s Track & Field team. He holds a firm belief in the furthering of high-quality educational access for low-income students.
